Yes! We host family reunions, business retreats, church events, conferences, photoshoots, and more. Pricing varies based on the event type, contact us for a custom quote.
The estate can accommodate up to 150 guests. Smaller packages are available for micro weddings.
Yes. Each package includes a set number of hours, but you can add additional time to your event a la carte. Simply reach out to our staff for custom pricing.
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your event with the remaining 50% balance due 45 days before the event. Once you know you wish to book, you will be sent a contract for electronic signature detailing everything for your specific event.
It includes access to the Château and estate grounds, emergency on-site contact, standard cleaning fees and offsite parking. Pet fees are charged separately. Excessive cleanup or pet-related cleaning may incur additional charges. Guests must remove decorations and excessive trash after the event.
Yes! We allow up to two dogs with a $100 fee per dog.
Yes, a $500 security deposit is required 3 days before event and refunded within 14 days after event provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning needed.
The Estate includes over 30 acres of stunning gardens and views. The Chateau features a large patio, terrace, the primary garden, Koi pond, and gazebo.
No, but we can provide a list of local vendors for rentals.
Yes, our fully equipped kitchen includes a professional oven and large island. Let us know your catering plans or if you need local recommendations.
The Chateau has 5 ensuite bathrooms, 3 additional full bathrooms and 2 half baths.
Not currently. While the Chateau is primarily one level, there are some steps from the parking lot to the terrace.
Yes. There is a limited (40) number of on-site parking, off-site parking and a shuttle service is available. Please ask a staff member for details.
Yes, you may bring your own vendors. We can also recommend trusted local professionals.
Depending on the time of year and fire bans. Please check with staff.
Absolutely. We highly recommend it. We can also connect you with a local coordinator, though it is not required. We will ask you to name someone other than the bride who would be the day of contact person.
Yes. Nails, staples, or anything that could damage the property are not allowed. Open flames are restricted to outdoors. Please review your decoration plans with us in advance.
We are available to answer any questions and give tours leading up to the event, and respond to emergencies the day of. We do not provide event staff but can recommend vendors. Parking assistance is available if arranged in advance.
You may have outside music, but it must not be overly loud and must end by 10pm. Indoor music has no time restrictions. Although our property is very secluded, there are other families that live on our quiet mountain that we wish to respect.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted; please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
There are no refunds. Exceptions will only be made due to severe weather conditions such as hurricane events, high winds over 50 miles an hour sustained wind, more than 1 foot of snow, or other extreme weather-related circumstances. Heavy Rain is not considered an extreme weather event, and contingency plans should be made such as tents or moving the wedding indoors.
Have a backup plan for outdoor events. We can suggest alternative indoor setups or recommend local tent rental services.
You are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as you received it.
Any vendor that wishes to serve liquor or other alcoholic beverages is responsible for filing permits with the State and adhering to WV laws. Please check with your vendor or www.abca.wv.gov for information.
Yes, outdoors only. Restrictions may apply depending on fire danger. All items must be cleaned up afterward.
Yes, we offer a 5% discount with valid ID.
The Bride or Groom must be active or retired military, law enforcement, or fire department personnel.
Our property managers are available to help resolve any major property-related issues during your event.
